We believe that reliable and stable industrial systems are the result of correct engineering, proper planning and controlled manufacturing processes.

For this reason, we treat every project not merely as machine manufacturing, but as a holistic engineering process that begins with accurate analysis of the requirement, continues through design and manufacturing stages, and is completed when the system performs as intended in the field.

At the initial stage of our projects, dimensions, technical requirements and operating conditions provided by our customers or identified by our technical team are evaluated in detail.

Parameters that directly affect the project are taken into account, including the structure of the production line, machine layout, available site area, type and quantity of chips, properties of the coolant/cutting fluid, conveying distance, capacity requirement and integration with existing equipment.

As a result of these evaluations, the operating principle and technical configuration of the chip conveyor, filtration system, separator, centrifuge, chip lifter or central chip management system to be used are determined.

For applications where standard solutions are not sufficient, project-specific engineering and design work is carried out in accordance with the production site and process requirements.

Our projects are modeled in three dimensions in a computer-aided design environment.

This stage makes it possible not only to visualize the product, but also to evaluate in advance how the system will be positioned in the production area, how it will connect with other equipment and how it will operate in use.

During the 3D design process, in particular;

  • General layout and system dimensions,
  • Connection and installation points,
  • Inlet and outlet positions,
  • Conveying direction and operating geometry,
  • Compatibility with the machine tool or production line,
  • Maintenance and service access,
  • and required operating clearances are among the fundamental details affecting the application that are checked.

The prepared project is evaluated together with our customer. Where necessary, revisions are made to dimensions, layout or technical specifications before manufacturing begins, with the aim of maximizing compatibility between site conditions and the design.

After the final design is approved, the project is made ready for production.

At this stage, the technical documentation to be used in manufacturing the system is prepared.

Depending on the project, manufacturing drawings, technical dimensions, part details, bills of materials and production planning are prepared, and the design data is transferred to the manufacturing process.

In this way, the flow of information between design and manufacturing is managed in a controlled manner, with the aim of preventing dimensional, layout or compatibility problems that could arise during manufacturing as much as possible at the design stage.

Pergel Conveyor's project approach is not limited to preparing technical drawings. Just as the design must be manufacturable, it is also important that the resulting system be suitable for actual operating conditions, maintainable, reliable and capable of long-term use.

For this reason, throughout the project we evaluate engineering together with manufacturing experience and base design decisions not only on theoretical calculations but also on experience gained from manufacturing and field applications.

Especially in applications where different CNC machine tools or production lines are connected to a common chip management system, we evaluate the entire system together, from the point where chips are generated through conveying, separation, filtration, storage or transfer into the recovery process.

Our aim is to transform an engineering study that accurately understands our customers' needs into an applicable design and a controlled manufacturing process, creating industrial systems that operate reliably in the field.
