Magnetic conveyors are specialized conveying systems designed for the safe removal of ferromagnetic (iron- and steel-based) chips, fine dust, particles, and small waste pieces generated after machining processes.

The system's principal advantage is its contactless conveying principle. As the carrier magnet assembly moves beneath the stainless or sealed sliding surface, there is no mechanical contact with the conveyed part or chip, completely eliminating belt-plate wear and the risk of deformation on the machined-part surface.

High magnetic-flux-density neodymium permanent-magnet blocks used in the carrier assembly hold ferromagnetic materials firmly during conveying without slipping or spilling.

Due to the use of high-quality neodymium alloys that provide superior magnetic performance and the requirement for precise mechanical sealing, this model has the highest initial investment cost among conveyor types; however, its zero-mechanical-wear advantage reduces long-term operating costs.

Conveyor control can be provided through a separate automation panel integrated into the conveyor housing for local control, and through Hart/Socket connector connections for synchronized communication and centralized control directly with the CNC/PLC unit of the CNC machine.

Magnetic conveyors can be custom-manufactured in different angles, inclines, and dimensions to fully match the site's geometric constraints and the required chip-conveying capacity.

Because there is no direct friction between the conveyed material and the belt surface, frequent and complex maintenance procedures are not required; the high structural strength provides a long service life.
