Central filtration systems collect contaminated coolant from multiple CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, and grinding machines at a single central point. The fluid is cleaned according to the filtration accuracy required by the application and prepared for reuse.
The contaminated fluid is conveyed to the central collection area by gravity or transfer pumps. The fluid, cleaned of chips and particles, is collected in the clean-fluid tank and fed back to the machines from there. This cycle supports process continuity by reducing the need for operator intervention.
