These are pieces of equipment designed to safely collect, store, and discharge metal chips discharged from chip conveyors.
Thanks to their ergonomic and functional construction, they can be positioned easily beneath the conveyor outlet. A special tipping mechanism enables effortless discharge of chips into a chip container, saving labor in internal plant operations and eliminating pileups and disorder in scrap yards.
Brake-equipped heavy-duty casters provide both secure positioning and easy maneuverability.
A special drain valve is provided at the bottom to store and safely discharge coolant/cutting fluid carried with the chips during machining. This prevents fluid leaks and supports environmental safety.
